Motion with a clear purpose

Animation can explain, persuade, entertain, establish identity, and make an abstract idea immediately understandable. MIA Animation creates motion design and animated storytelling for brands, agencies, cultural organizations, civic partners, educational institutions, and event producers. The work is shaped by the message, audience, platform, and viewing environment rather than a predetermined visual style.

Projects may include title sequences, branded motion systems, character animation, environmental animation, campaign content, explainers, event films, screen graphics, or content adapted across several formats. We focus first on what the audience should understand or feel. Visual technique follows that objective, giving the finished work a reason to exist beyond decoration.

From a blank page or an established brand

Some clients arrive with brand guidelines, scripts, storyboards, and approved assets. Others have a business objective and need help finding the story. We can enter at either point. When the direction is open, we develop the concept, narrative structure, art direction, and motion language. When a system already exists, we extend it carefully and preserve its recognizable character.

This makes MIA Animation useful to advertising and creative agencies that need added production capacity without losing control of the client relationship. It also supports organizations working directly with a studio for the first time. We explain the decisions, approval stages, and deliverables in plain language so stakeholders can participate confidently without managing the technical details of animation production.

Designed for every screen

Animation is rarely delivered in only one shape. A master piece may need versions for a widescreen presentation, vertical social channel, LED installation, projection surface, website, lobby display, or presentation deck. We plan the composition and asset structure with those uses in mind, then define the required adaptations before final production whenever possible.

Our production workflow includes script and message review, visual references, storyboards, style frames, animatics, animation, sound coordination, revisions, and final mastering. Each stage answers a different question, which prevents stakeholders from debating color, story, timing, and technical delivery all at once. The result is a more efficient approval process and a stronger final piece.

Defining the scope

A strong animation estimate begins with the purpose of the piece, target audience, approximate duration, distribution channels, deadline, visual references, available brand assets, and expected number of review rounds. It also helps to know whether the script, voiceover, music, illustration, character design, or source files already exist. If they do not, those elements can be included in the production plan. We use this information to recommend an approach that fits both the communication goal and the available budget. The result is a clear set of deliverables and approval stages rather than a vague promise to make an animation and decide the details later.

How we work

A clear production process.

01

Clarify

We define the audience, message, desired action, platforms, duration, deliverables, and approval team.

02

Develop

We shape the concept, script, storyboard, style frames, and motion approach before full animation.

03

Animate

We produce the artwork, movement, compositing, transitions, and sound-driven timing.

04

Adapt

We master the approved animation and create the agreed screen, platform, language, or campaign versions.
